Fortnite Season 9 to Set Off May 9th
As season 8 comes to a end for Fortnite, season 9 is ready to take its place! As the season 8 end countdown in game ticks away it is expected for Fortnite servers to go down for a little while May 9th to allow Epic to update to season 9. Today May 6th is also the last day for the account merger as stated by Epic. "We wanted to give everyone a heads up that the Account Merge feature will be coming to an end on May 6, two days before Season 9 begins".
